Key Dates:
- July 20 & 21 - Tryouts
- Middle school Oct-May - Regular Season & Tournament
- High School last week in November-May
- December 7, first tny date for all teams.
- Weekend of May 18 or May 19 end of season tournament for all teams not headed to Nationals.
Training & Tournament Fee:
Covers all training cost plus WCPL and 1 day local tnys. Travel tournaments or 2-3 day tnys will be a separate invoice, determined after team placement. AAU or USA Nationals required for 15's-17's Elite and National teams, invoiced 1 month before Nationals. Those teams opting in for AAU Nationals will be invoiced once team is entered.

Tournaments:
Teams will be scheduled for a minimum of 7-10 match weekends not including AUU or USA National Championship. See below for more detail.

Tryout Process:
1. Girls will be notified via email (used for tryout registration) within the nex 24 hours following tryouts, if they received a spot in the program.
2. If an offer in the program is received, you will have 24 hrs. to accept or decline the spot in the program. After 24 hrs. your spot will be filled with alternates.
3. Final team placement is done after two weeks of age group practices and final evaluations.
